Chef de Partie – In-Room Dining

About the role

Join the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach as a Chef de Partie in the In‑Room Dining team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes to guests, maintaining the brand’s standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders, following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards.
• Start and manage pre‑prepared items, ensuring quantities match estimated needs.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff, upholding cultural and core standards.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, ovens, steamers, mixers, slicers, and flat‑top grills.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of culinary or related experience.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in English.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
