Chef de Partie – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the In‑Room Dining kitchen. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes for guests, maintaining standards of hygiene and presentation, and supporting the culinary team in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders, following recipe cards, portion and presentation standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Start and manage pre‑prepared items, ensuring production aligns with estimated demand.
• Train, motivate and supervise kitchen staff, enforcing cultural and core standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, ovens, steamers, mixers, slicers, tilt kettles, waffle irons and flat‑top grills.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of culinary or related experience.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods in a demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Food preparation techniques.
• Food safety standards.
• Operation of kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat‑top grill).
