Chef de Rang – Waiter/Waitress at French Brasserie

About the role

The Chef de Rang will be the main point of contact for guests at Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai, delivering premium‑casual service in a lively, award‑winning environment. You will work closely with the front‑of‑house team and kitchen to ensure each dining experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Present menus, suggest dishes and drinks, and answer guest queries.
• Take and input orders using the POS system, serve food and beverages, and handle payments.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee food quality and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Beverage knowledge.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling.
