Graduate Analyst – Hotels & Hospitality

About the role

JLL is seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst to join its Hotels & Hospitality team in Dubai. This position offers recent graduates the chance to start a career in commercial real estate, focusing on hotel investment, asset management, and advisory projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial models for hotel assets, including revenue projections, operating expense analysis, and capital expenditure forecasts.
• Conduct market research on hotel performance trends, competitive supply, and demand drivers across Dubai and the broader region.
• Assist in hotel valuation assignments using income, cost, and sales comparison approaches.
• Contribute to transaction processes such as due diligence coordination and information memorandum preparation.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and analytical materials for client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (within 1‑2 years) or final‑year student.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for creating professional presentations and reports.
