Chef Educator – Culinary Training Specialist

About the role

BanoPuratos is seeking a Chef Educator to join ABA Academy UAE. You will design and deliver high‑quality culinary training across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate and ice‑cream disciplines, helping students achieve international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses and certification programs.
• Provide both practical and theoretical training aligned with academy objectives and industry standards.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning, adapting teaching methods to different learner levels.
• Demonstrate techniques while maintaining high standards of execution and classroom management.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, lesson plans, assessments and educational resources.
• Assess learner progress, give feedback, coaching and support development opportunities.
• Maintain training kitchens, classrooms, equipment, ingredients and resources for each session.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.
• Represent the academy at events, competitions and promotional activities.
