Chief Executive Officer – Longevity Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead a cutting‑edge longevity clinic in Abu Dhabi. The CEO will shape the clinic’s strategic direction, drive commercial performance and ensure operational excellence while collaborating closely with the clinical leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the clinic’s business strategy and growth plans.
• Take full responsibility for profit‑and‑loss (P&L) and overall operational performance.
• Lead and develop both clinical and non‑clinical management teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify new service lines, partnerships and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, COO or similar senior leadership role in private healthcare.
• Strong commercial, operational and P&L management experience.
• Proven track record of growing or scaling a healthcare business.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulations.
• Experience working in the UAE or broader GCC region.
• Mandatory experience in longevity, preventative health, functional medicine or wellness.

Required skills
