Children Activity Assistant

About the role

The Children Activity Assistant joins the youth programme team at a premier hotel in Dubai, delivering fun, educational, and caring experiences for the children of members and guests. You will work in a warm, welcoming environment, building genuine relationships with families while supporting the club’s child activity services.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead arts‑and‑crafts sessions, games, story‑time, and sing‑along activities.
• Promote youth programmes, assist parents with registration, and answer enquiries.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑kept facilities and equipment.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow company policies, uphold professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and handle telephone enquiries with proper etiquette.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
