Children's Coordinator – Kids Club

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Children’s Coordinator to deliver friendly, professional service to our young guests at the Kids Club of Sofitel Dubai The Palm. You will plan, supervise and enrich daily activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club, including birthday parties and special events.
• Create and implement new arts-and-crafts projects, summer camps, Halloween and Christmas events.
• Train new colleagues on daily operations and foster teamwork to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of arts-and-crafts supplies and report low stock.
• Ensure all areas are clean, safe and well-maintained for children’s safety.
• Design wall and window artwork for the Kids Club.
• Support the Kids Club supervisor at reception during busy periods.
• Report incidents, guest comments and feedback to the supervisor promptly.
