About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves full‑cycle management from planning through hand‑over, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timely delivery.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and site operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site‑related issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of UAE contracting experience.
