Civil Draftsman – Swimming Pools & Water Features

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman to lead the preparation of construction and shop drawings for swimming pool, water feature, and hard‑landscaping projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality outdoor and aquatic designs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop, construction, layout, section, reinforcement, finishing, setting‑out, as‑built and other drawings for pool, water‑feature and hard‑landscaping works.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary drawings across civil, architectural, structural, MEP and landscape disciplines.
• Review project specifications, design documents and consultant requirements to guarantee compliance with standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience on swimming‑pool, water‑feature or hard‑landscaping projects.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and adherence to drafting standards.
