Civil Engineer – Dubai Construction & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are a leading contracting and interior fit‑out firm in Dubai seeking a Dubai Municipality‑approved Civil Engineer to lead site operations for civil construction, commercial fit‑out and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site construction, interior fit‑out and structural renovation works ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities and client representatives to streamline execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections, enforce safety guidelines and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain progress logs, prepare technical reports and track BOQ execution.
• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation and contractor deliverables to meet handover deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality accreditation with a valid G+1 engineering licence.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE site engineering experience in fit‑out, building construction or renovation.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English communication.
