Civil Foreman – High‑Rise Building Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead daily civil construction activities on high‑rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves supervising site workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed to approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily manpower requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Oversee concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screed, tiling, and other civil finishing works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, MEP teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and activities.
• Check availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily tasks.
• Maintain quality workmanship, safety compliance, and housekeeping on site.
• Identify site issues and work with the engineering team for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma / ITI or relevant technical qualification in civil construction (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably on high‑rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site activities.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects is an advantage.
