Civil Inspector – Construction Quality Control (Dubai)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Civil Inspector will conduct daily site inspections to ensure civil works meet project specifications, engineering drawings, applicable standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections of earthworks, concrete, asphalt and structural works.
• Review contractor method statements and inspection reports.
• Document non‑conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction management, contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Support progress reporting, safety meetings and final hand‑over procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as a civil inspector on infrastructure, industrial or oil & gas projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with international standards, local civil works regulations and HSE practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
