About the role

SMEGOC is seeking a DM‑approved Civil Project Engineer to lead civil engineering activities on G+4 construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate site execution, monitor progress, and ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee civil engineering works on G+4 building projects.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and construction safety standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Required profile

Relevant civil engineering experience (minimum 1 year).
Mandatory Dubai Municipality (DM) approval.
Experience with G+4 building projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
Ability to coordinate contractors and site teams.
Good understanding of construction standards and safety requirements.
