About the role
SMEGOC is seeking a DM‑approved Civil Project Engineer to lead civil engineering activities on G+4 construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate site execution, monitor progress, and ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee civil engineering works on G+4 building projects.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and construction safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Required profile
- Relevant civil engineering experience (minimum 1 year).
- Mandatory Dubai Municipality (DM) approval.
- Experience with G+4 building projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of construction standards and safety requirements.
