Civil Site Engineer

About the role

Markin Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to lead villa construction projects in Dubai. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise villa construction activities on‑site, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
• Prepare and submit periodical inspection reports to Dubai Municipality and routine site reports.
• Identify and resolve site‑related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai construction regulations and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience on villa projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality portals for inspections and reporting.

Required skills

• Villa construction site supervision.
• Use of Dubai Municipality (DM) portal for periodical inspections and reports.
• Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and standards.
