About the role
SMEGOC is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor/Foreman to lead civil works on multiple construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities and monitor progress against schedules.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries on site.
- Inspect work quality, enforce site safety procedures, and resolve on‑site issues.
- Interpret basic construction drawings and instructions to guide the team.
- Report daily and weekly progress to project management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising civil construction works.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate construction crews.
- Good understanding of construction methods, quality control, and site safety.
- Basic competency in reading construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
