Civil Technician

About the role

KEOLIS is seeking a Civil Technician to join its Building & Structure Maintenance team for the Dubai Metro. The role involves delivering preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of civil assets, ensuring the safety and reliability of stations, depots, tunnels, and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader with preventive and corrective maintenance, including stitching, grouting, scaffolding, pressure pointing, re‑casing and general structural repairs.
• Follow maintenance procedures and record all work in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Support the implementation of complex systems or new projects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and perform shift or emergency duties as required.
• Prepare simple technical reports, method statements and drawings when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building and structure maintenance, preferably on viaducts, tunnels or metro facilities.
• Vocational trade certificate or equivalent.
• Valid driving licence with good driving skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
