Cladder – Skilled Metal Installation Specialist

About the role
The Cladder joins a team under the supervision of a Workshop or Project Manager to safely and efficiently install a variety of metal products. This full‑time position is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and focuses on delivering high‑quality cladding work in line with specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate cladding‑related equipment and tools.
- Fit, join, and install sheet‑metal parts according to approved codes.
- Erect scaffolding and use powered lift equipment to access work heights safely.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or Certificate in Cladding.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in cladding work.
- Ability to work at heights, follow extensive safety policies, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Capability to instruct apprentices and new workers.
Required skills
- Sheet‑metal installation.
- Operation of cladding equipment.
- Scaffolding setup.
- Powered lift operation.
