About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will play a key part in delivering a memorable experience for hotel guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, responding to guest requests, and ensuring the hotel environment meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to the highest quality standards.
• Promptly fulfill guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
