Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor to represent the Zimmermann brand at the Atlantis The Royal location in Dubai. The role involves delivering an elevated shopping experience for a discerning clientele, reflecting the brand’s reputation for optimism, creativity and sophistication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, memorable service to each client, guiding them through the full range of ready‑to‑wear, swimwear and resort collections.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining Zimmermann’s visual standards, including store presentation, stock handling and inventory control.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless boutique environment and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury fashion retail setting, preferably in a client‑facing sales role.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering service that exceeds client expectations.
