Client Advisor – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

Join Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s boutique in Dubai Mall as a Client Advisor, representing the world‑renowned watchmaker. You will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, driving sales while upholding the brand’s heritage and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in line with brand standards.
• Handle sales transactions, process payments, and manage returns.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing products.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized communication and after‑sales service.
• Present and demonstrate Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces with in‑depth knowledge of collections and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury watchmaking and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watchmaking or jewellery.
