Senior Visa Services Consultant / PRO

About the role

As a Senior Visa Services Consultant/PRO you will deliver superior travel and visa assistance to retail, government and corporate clients. You will proactively service customers through multiple channels, manage queries, amendments and disruption handling while upholding dnata Travel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of customer service across all channels (retail, phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Attend to customer queries promptly and build valuable relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Offer dnata Travel products, services and loyalty programmes, ensuring they meet travel requirements.
• Maximise sales opportunities by cross‑selling and upselling ancillary products, tours, excursions and activities.
• Inform customers about passport, visa, health, insurance and other mandatory travel requirements.
• Maintain excellent working relationships, update clients on new offerings and continuously improve service quality.
• Resolve issues quickly with a positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and meet or exceed performance and sales KPIs.
• Adhere to customer feedback programmes and internal audit standards.

Required profile

• 12 years of high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial, sales, reservations, ticketing, travel & tourism or customer service.
• Confident communicator with persuasive and influencing skills.
• Thrives in a busy service and sales environment and is self‑motivated to achieve targets.
• Positive attitude, team player and flexible to adapt to different customers and challenges.
• Willingness to develop continuously and take accountability for personal learning.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the impact of errors.
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
