Client Relations Officer (Defence/Aerospace/Industrial)

About the role

The Client Relations Officer will act as the primary interface between SEGULA Technologies' defence, aerospace and industrial customers in the UAE and internal project teams. The role focuses on maintaining high client satisfaction while supporting the follow‑up of government and institutional contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and end‑users.
• Support follow‑up of government and institutional contracts.
• Coordinate client requests and actions internally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and track action items.
• Prepare and support client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain client action trackers and follow up contractual and operational actions.
• Collaborate with Business Development and operational departments.
• Identify, escalate and resolve client concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client relations, account management or business development.
• Experience dealing with UAE government or institutional customers is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, government contracting or industrial markets is highly advantageous.
