Client Service Analyst – Livechat (French & Creole)

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Client Service Analyst to handle live‑chat and email inquiries for its cryptocurrency platform. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to French‑ and Creole‑speaking customers while ensuring smooth frontline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via live chat and email, providing accurate and timely assistance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Bybit’s platform, products, and market conditions.
• Track, manage, and follow up on client complaints and requests.
• Identify and flag operational discrepancies or risks to management promptly.
• Support team leaders in staffing live‑chat coverage and ensuring KPI achievement.
• Coach and train team members, share case studies, and prevent recurring errors.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other business units to align support processes with overall objectives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with the ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in French, Creole, and English.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Leadership capability to supervise and develop a support team.
