Clinic Administrator (Emirati)

About the role

The Clinic Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to physician clinics at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, enabling clinical staff to focus on delivering high‑quality patient care. The role is open to Emirati candidates and is based on‑site in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver administrative assistance to clinic physicians and outpatient staff.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Monitor and control clinical and non‑clinical stock levels.
• Promote patient satisfaction through efficient service.
• Ensure medical insurance information is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Grade 12) – a secretarial diploma is preferred.
• At least 12 months of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preference given to Emirati nationals in line with the UAE Emiratization program.

Required skills

• Basic medical terminology.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of patient‑care support procedures.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
• Stock control principles and inventory management.
