Cloud Security Architect Lead

About the role

The Cloud Security Architect Lead will design and implement secure, reliable cloud solutions that protect Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation’s digital assets from cyber threats. This role drives the cloud security strategy, conducts infrastructure analyses, and aligns security architecture with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s cloud security strategy and roadmap.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive cloud security architecture.
• Perform regular security assessments, audits, and compliance checks against standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and CSA guidelines.
• Provide security recommendations for new cloud projects and review solution designs for compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, mitigation planning, and third‑party vendor security evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience as outlined).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, SC‑100, CEH, AWS Certified, multiple Azure certifications, TOGAF/COBIT.
