Cloud Solution Architecture - Security

About the role

Microsoft’s Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Security Cloud Solution Architect to lead customers’ security transformation on Azure and Microsoft 365. This customer‑facing role is responsible for strategy, architecture and implementation of secure AI and cloud workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure AI and security adoption across M365 and Azure.
• Architect and secure AI workloads, covering governance, identity, access and observability using Agent 365, MDASH, Defender for AI and DSPM for AI.
• Conduct architecture and design sessions, delivering secure‑by‑design solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Drive adoption and expansion of M365 and Azure security workloads such as Defender, Entra, Sentinel, Purview, Agent 365 and MDASH.
• Remove technical blockers, de‑risk deployments and ensure operational health.
• Improve customers’ security posture with scalable, resilient designs.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, services and partners to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product teams and contribute to CSA community capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on project delivery experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Experience leading technical security architecture discussions with senior executives, enterprise security architects and IT management.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
