About the role
The Club Agent is a Guest Experience Expert who creates memorable, personalized service for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. You will be empowered to move across the property, address operational needs, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports promptly.
- Share highlights of the local area and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
