Cluster Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Cluster Digital Marketing Executive to join Accor’s Marketing team in Abu Dhabi. In this position you will support the hotel portfolio by managing digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing online visibility across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt visual assets for digital campaigns, internal communications and hotel promotions using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, brochures and digital signage content.
• Update and optimise hotel content on websites, OTAs, Google Business Profiles and other digital platforms.
• Execute local SEO initiatives and conduct regular digital audits to identify gaps and improve search rankings.
• Support website and landing‑page updates, as well as the execution of digital campaigns.
• Monitor brand compliance across all touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Explore AI‑powered tools to streamline content creation, reporting and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with marketing administration including purchase requests, invoice tracking and budget monitoring.
