Cluster Manager – Digital & Technology Services (Super Premium)

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a Cluster Manager to lead Digital and Technology Services across its Super Premium schools. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight to ensure technology supports the educational mission of each campus.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise service‑delivery strategy and annual priorities into a practical cluster delivery plan for assigned schools.
• Provide accountable school‑level leadership for the availability, performance and user experience of digital services.
• Oversee delivery of digital infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, service support and technology‑enabled improvement across the cluster.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and Aldar Education’s central Digital and Enterprise Services function to drive service excellence, consistency and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in IT service management or related technology leadership.
• Proven ability to manage technology services in a multi‑school environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with educators, administrators and technical teams.
