Cluster Reservation Agent Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Cluster Reservation Agent will support the Reservations department at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring smooth booking processes and delivering exceptional hospitality to guests. This role requires fluency in Arabic and a strong focus on revenue generation through upselling and adherence to SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the effective operation of the Reservations department to meet hotel business goals.
• Process and respond to all reservation requests within 24 hours, following company standards.
• Drive upselling initiatives and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Monitor and reconfirm bookings 1, 3, and 7 days prior to arrival.
• Maintain accurate administrative procedures to prevent double‑bookings and errors.
• Apply hotel policies for no‑shows, cancellations, credit, and pre‑payment.
• Stay updated on room types, rates, packages, and all hotel facilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and following up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Group Sales, Front Desk, and Accounting departments.
• Promote sister properties of Minor International and stay aware of local events and seasonality.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Team player who can work effectively with multiple departments.
• Ability to handle high‑volume booking inquiries and maintain accuracy.
