Cluster Sales Coordinator - Russian Speaking

About the role

The Cluster Sales Coordinator – Russian Speaking provides administrative, organisational and commercial support to the sales teams of Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day sales activities and strengthening communication with Russian‑speaking clients, travel agencies and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales enquiries, proposals, appointments and follow‑ups across both properties.
• Prepare and process proposals, contracts and business travel requests.
• Maintain and update client contact databases and log interaction activities.
• Support site inspections, FAM trips, VIP arrivals and client events.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in hotel sales, sales coordination, reservations or business development (preferred).
• Experience working with the Russian‑speaking market is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRM or sales systems (advantage).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
