Commercial Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant to support our sales and client‑service activities from a remote location. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi but performed entirely online, providing administrative and commercial support to the Oil‑Field Supplies & Services division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process commercial documents such as quotations, purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain and update the customer database and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the logistics and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Assist in tracking orders, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide product information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with the oil‑and‑gas or marine engineering sector is an advantage.
