Commercial Manager – Global Load Control

About the role

dnata is seeking a Commercial Manager for its Global Load Control function. Based in Dubai, you will be the primary commercial liaison for existing and new customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring contract compliance across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial, sales and marketing strategies for global travel partnerships.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from tendering to negotiation and implementation.
• Conduct financial modelling, cost analysis and profitability assessments for each deal.
• Perform market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and optimise pricing.
• Collaborate with operational and product teams to enhance service offerings.
• Monitor customer performance, resolve issues and improve advocacy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management, sales or account management within aviation or travel services.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial modelling and cost validation.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence product development.
