Commercial Manager

About the role

Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead the hotel's overall commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across all business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies covering Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Group & Events and Food & Beverage.
• Lead commercial planning, annual budgets, forecasts and business reviews while identifying market opportunities and emerging trends.
• Oversee revenue optimization for Rooms, Group, Meetings & Events and F&B, partnering with Revenue Management teams on pricing and inventory.
• Strengthen relationships with corporate, government, leisure, MICE and wholesale partners and drive business development initiatives.
• Manage hotel marketing, digital marketing and distribution strategies to maximize online visibility and direct channel performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within international hotel brands.
• Strong background in Revenue Management and Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, business planning and performance analysis.
