About the role

The Prime 68 Steakhouse at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is seeking a motivated Commis 1 to join its culinary team. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment, supporting the preparation of premium steaks and grilled specialties while delivering consistent quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and plating steakhouse dishes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Ensure all ingredients are stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Support the mise en place for each shift, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service timelines and guest expectations.

Required profile

• Passion for culinary arts and a strong interest in steakhouse cuisine.
