About the role
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef – Banquets, All Day Dining, and Room Service – is tasked with preparing consistent, high‑quality food products while ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that aligns with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare consistent, high‑quality food products for banquet events, all‑day dining outlets, and room service, adhering to Hyatt’s culinary standards.
- Deliver courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef, or 2 years as an Apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Demonstrated basic culinary skills and a solid understanding of hygiene practices.
