About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Commis II to join our kitchen team in Dubai. You will support daily food preparation, uphold hygiene standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily operations.
- Prepare mise‑en‑place and food production across main and satellite kitchens.
- Maintain a hygienic work area in line with hotel standards.
- Control food stock and monitor food costs for your section.
- Follow menu specifications and chef instructions to ensure consistent quality.
- Coordinate with other sections to manage cleanliness, waste, and cost control.
Required profile
- Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
- Previous experience in quality establishments with strong culinary fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Positive, dynamic, and able to work in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment.
