About the role

The Commis II will support the pool and beach outlets at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, delivering high‑quality food service that enhances the guest experience. You will work closely with the culinary team to prepare menu items, maintain standards, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests enjoying the resort’s outdoor venues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring timely and pleasant service.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee station set‑up, and conduct quality checks.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and taste standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area while following food‑handling and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
