About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Receptionist who speaks Russian and be the first friendly face for guests in Ras Al Khaimah. You will guide guests through self‑check‑in kiosks, answer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s energetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks for a smooth arrival and departure.
• Act as the go‑to person for hotel services, amenities, local attractions and events.
• Proactively resolve guest questions and minor issues before they become larger problems.
• Connect guests with the appropriate hotel departments, fostering a seamless team experience.
• Support Front Office with essential operational tasks to maintain flow and energy.
• Ensure every guest interaction radiates authentic, fun and flexible Radisson energy.

Required profile

• Dynamic, people‑oriented with a passion for guest interaction.
• Innovative, creative and positive mindset, able to find solutions quickly.
• Self‑motivated, engaging and genuine – you can be yourself at work.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
