Commissioning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Commissioning Supervisor to lead the execution of commissioning activities on our EPC and marine construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all commissioning tasks are carried out in line with established work standards and procedures, supporting the delivery of high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate commissioning tasks assigned to the team.
• Ensure compliance with work standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and client teams to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare and review commissioning documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising commissioning activities within EPC or marine construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and professional development.
