Cost Controller – Infrastructure Projects (Road/Asphalt)

About the role

The Cost Controller will oversee financial performance for large‑scale infrastructure projects, primarily road and asphalt works, ensuring costs are accurately tracked and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost estimates and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to monitor project performance against budget.
• Perform cost accounting, forecasting, and risk assessment for ongoing works.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to support cost‑effective decision making.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and data‑analytics tools.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in cost control for road or asphalt infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and improve processes.
