Commodity Operation Analysis Specialist

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Commodity Operation Analysis Specialist in Dubai. The role covers the full life cycle of products, from introduction and slow-moving items to pricing strategy, cost control and promotional activities, working closely with sales and purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product life cycle: introduce new products, handle slow-moving items, optimize product structure and price range, and meet customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs
• Conduct market research and analyze information on competing products
• Formulate pricing strategies aligned with gross profit margin targets, regularly update product benchmarking and publish a pricing list
• Monitor procurement costs through market research, supplier bidding and other cost-reduction methods, and improve price competitiveness
• Plan and run mall activities such as special offers, promotions for near-expiry products and resource updates to raise sales rates
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing and other departments to link commodity supply with sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration or a related field
• More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry, with familiarity with fresh food product characteristics
• Good communication and coordination skills and ability to work across departments
• Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex, changing business demands
• English communication skills
