Communications Centre Attendant

About the role

Communications Centre Attendants ensure seamless communication across the waterpark, hotel beach, and pool facilities at Atlantis Dubai. They act as the primary liaison between operations staff and all other departments involved in marine and waterpark activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all radios and log radio calls during daily operations.
• Assist with lifeguard equipment inventories and prepare the daily lifeguard rotation schedule.
• Perform HR administration duties related to attendance.
• Maintain radio contact between various departments and log service interruptions.
• Carry out operational administration tasks and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
