Community Brand Ambassador – Dubai (Remote)

About the role

We are launching a private, invite‑only members club that connects ambitious, interesting people through curated introductions and premium social experiences. As a Community Brand Ambassador you will be the face of the club, building and nurturing a high‑quality network of members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a curated network of high‑value members.
• Identify, outreach to, and onboard premium individuals.
• Plan and host intimate social events for 10‑30 guests.
• Create a welcoming, premium experience that reflects the club’s standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the community.
• Help define the tone, culture, and standards of the community.
• Collaborate on brand positioning, messaging, and overall presence.

Required profile

• Naturally social, enjoys connecting people and being at the centre of a social circle.
• Possesses an existing personal or professional network.
• Strong intuition about people, social dynamics, and discretion.
• Values quality, aesthetics, and premium experiences.
• Comfortable hosting events and representing the community publicly.
• Backgrounds that align well: PR/communications, events/hospitality, media/creative, lifestyle/brand environments.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of 20,000 AED per month.
• Performance‑based monthly bonuses ranging from 5,000‑10,000 AED.
