Marketing Manager – Retail & Online

About the role

Taif Group, a fast‑growing fragrance and lifestyle brand in the UAE, is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead both retail and online marketing initiatives. The role will own the end‑to‑end strategy, drive paid digital campaigns and expand the brand’s presence across marketplaces and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage full‑cycle campaigns, including budgeting, timelines, execution and performance reporting.
• Lead digital activities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, social media, CRM, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
• Oversee e‑commerce marketing on the website, landing pages, banners and conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Plan and execute retail activations, pop‑ups, in‑store campaigns and events.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, influencer collaborations, PR activities and product launches.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, traffic and sales, providing regular insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, at least 4 years in digital/performance marketing.
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brands, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.

Required skills

• PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Social media marketing and content calendar management.
• Marketplace growth on Amazon.ae, Noon and similar platforms.
• CRM, SMS, WhatsApp and email marketing.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or TikTok Ads certifications (advantageous).
