About the role
Green Initiative is seeking a dedicated Company Security Officer to safeguard its assets, staff, and premises in Dubai. The role involves maintaining a safe environment, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol the building and perimeter regularly or on a random schedule.
- Monitor alarm systems, video surveillance, and operate detection and emergency equipment.
- Apprehend criminals, evict violators, and act lawfully in defense of life or property.
- Document unusual occurrences accurately and report suspicious incidents in detail.
- Collaborate with local authorities when required and support emergency response procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a comparable security role.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Operation of detection systems and emergency equipment.
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Surveillance skills and keen observation abilities.
