Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist supports the development and implementation of Airbus' total reward strategy in the Middle East, handling employment contracts and global mobility operations. The role focuses on accelerating HR digital transformation through AI‑powered analytics and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Administer annual reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus campaigns and employee share purchase plans.
• Support personnel cost budgeting and provide data‑driven payroll and benefits analytics for forecasting.
• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, rolling out AI‑driven solutions and automated workflows.
• Maintain and audit the regional employee reward database using modern HR analytics tools.
• Manage regional global mobility operations, including expat contracts and payroll administration.
• Prepare and evaluate employment contracts and related lifecycle documentation.
• Participate in salary surveys and conduct market benchmark analytics.
• Develop HR dashboards and ad‑hoc reports on workforce trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Proven experience driving HR digital transformation and AI‑powered analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Google Apps Script.
• Experience with automated workflows.
• Familiarity with HR analytics tools and AI‑driven solutions.
