Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will provide professional HR support and advice to the General Manager, management and employees, acting as a trusted business partner and contributing to regional HR initiatives and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters, providing advice and escalating high‑risk cases.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent review, succession, career development and employee engagement.
• Coach managers on consistent application of HR policies and effective communication.
• Coordinate local execution of regional or corporate HR initiatives and report outcomes.
• Contribute to design, documentation and improvement of HR frameworks, policies and tools.
• Develop templates, guidance and training materials for consistent HR execution.
• Review HR initiatives through a digital transformation lens and recommend technology‑enabled solutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, support audits and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Professional HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner role.
• Broad experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance or talent management and HR operations.
• Experience in a multinational, culturally diverse environment.
• Experience with HR process improvement, technology implementation, workflow automation, data analytics or digital change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
